Shipping Policy
Orders are expected to ship within 2-5 business days (sometimes sooner) Once shipped, you will receive your order based on the shipping method you selected upon checkout. Orders are processed 5 days a week, excluding weekends and holidays.

*Orders with invalid addresses or issues capturing the payment will require additional processing time.

Once you place your order, we ensure the quality of your gear is top-notch, and we pack your order to be shipped from our California warehouse.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Standard shipping cost is $8, FREE for Orders $80+
Arrival once shipped is 5-8 Business Days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer you the choice to opt for a return or exchange of your merchandise within 14 days of placing your order. Returns postmarked after 14 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your items and issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns at this time.

If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.

If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. (Shipping label fee deducted from the refund)

A $5 Restocking fee is deducted from the total amount available for refund. The fee applies to the entire return, not each individual item.

It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.

For international orders, if the return was due to an error of ours (for example, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. Please use Standard Mail. We will only cover the shipping cost for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit.
At this time, we are not able to send out a prepaid shipping label for orders outside of the USA.
Exchanges: You have the option to exchange your order within 14 days of purchase with the following conditions:

ONLY orders shipped within the US.

Items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed and unaltered.

Exchange only applies to SAME products with different variant options, such as size and/or color if offered.

Exchange is free. We will provide a free return shipping label, and we'll ship out your exchange item at no additional cost.
